At PERRIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn garments with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip will be generated and sent directly to your email inbox.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation once your refund is processed.
